Eliteways corporation s.r.o., ID No. 048 01 539, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Prague 1, 110 00 Staré Město (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) does not provide investment advisory services or any other main investment services within the meaning of Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Undertakings, as amended, and does not perform any other role under this Act (stock exchange, regulated market organizer, multilateral trading facility operator, etc.).

The Company notes that it is not responsible for any actions or omissions of the client based on the information contained in the educational materials. The educational materials are for educational and informational purposes only in the area of investing and financial markets and do not take into account the individual needs and characteristics of the client or their financial background. The client must consider the execution of a specific investment themselves. The client makes investments at their own responsibility and risk.
The Company warns that trading on the stock exchange is risky and involves the risk of financial loss. Past returns on a particular financial instrument are not a guarantee or prediction of future returns on that investment instrument.
